Intermittent zyLabs submission errors

Resolved

On Sunday July 7, we received reports of intermittent issues with zyLabs submissions around 11AM. The issue was identified as failing cloud provider hardware. A node was replaced at approximately 145PM and the issue was resolved.

During this time, around 30% of zyLabs requests could have returned an "error submitting" message. Retrying the submission would generally succeed.
